Veuve Clicquot respects Privacy. As a result, the following undertaking sets outs the practices followed by Veuve Clicquot in the gathering and use of information for its website ("the Site"), in particular with regard to the type of information gathered and the way in which it is subsequently used.

Veuve Clicquot would like to draw your attention to the fact that by providing personal information (particularly your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address), you are indicating your acceptance of these rules relating to the Protection of User Privacy ("the Rules"). 1.Personal information - In principle, you may browse our Site without the need to reveal any personal information.

It is entirely up to you to decide if you wish to transmit any personal information and, if so, which information you may wish to transmit.

10. General remarks - References to a particular product or service do not imply an intention on the part of Veuve Clicquot to make these products or services available in all countries. Should a court having legal jurisdiction find any provision of User Privacy Protection invalid, the invalidation of this provision will not invalidate the remaining provisions of this document which will remain in full force. No waiver of any provision of this document will be considered as a subsequent or permanent waiver of this or any other provision.
