Vintage 2004

The exceptionally fine weather conditions in September allowed the abundant crop of grapes to ripen beautifully. So between 23 September and 13 October, we harvested some very fine grapes in excellent conditions of health. The Pinot Noir wines are fruity and full-bodied; the Chardonnay wines show a lot of distinction, and the Pinots Meunier wines add a touch of gourmandise.

Vintage 2004 Rosé

The Vintage Rosé 2004 offers a deep pink colour with highlights of copper and delicate, light effervescence. The nose, extremely elegant, at first reveals flavours of ripe red fruits that burst on the tongue, before gradually giving way to violets, lilacs and light "pastry" notes. A discreet touch of ground coffee can also be distinguished. The attack is forthright and energetic.
This generous wine offers an astonishingly long and subtle finish. It is extremely complex and is distinguished by great freshness. On the palate, strong notes of fruit recall the refined nose. The finish is surprising in its persistence.

Vintage 2004. "One of the best vintages since the great 2002, this is a sophisticated, fruit- and yeast- driven wine. It has a delicate touch, with its white fruit flavors well integrated into the toasty and tangy texture. It will age for many more years."
